Tiger cubs a pawfect treat for sick kids

Australia Zoo’s newest Sumatran tiger cubs Delilah and Scout were on the prowl in the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital today, giving patients and families a special encounter they won’t soon forget.

Abi

Abi may only be five years old, but she has overcome more challenges than others do in a lifetime. In 2014 Abi and her family were involved in a head-on collision while the family were in Brisbane visiting relatives. The accident left Abi paralysed from the neck down and mum Tanya, sister Tobi and brother James, with serious injuries.

The State of Origin always cheers up our Lady Cilento Children's Hospital patients with some friendly rivalry each year.

Game one is tomorrow night.
