2026 application closing dates
Our ethics committee meets every 6 weeks to review applications for approval.

- All studies must be completed/submitted via the ERM website Ethics Review Manager (ERM) website
- The closing time for submissions is 3:30 pm. Please note: This includes the arrival of the hard copy documents. There are no exceptions to the closing date/time without prior agreement by the HREC Office
- Please note that if the maximum number of submissions is reached for the meeting, your project may be held over to the next available HREC meeting. This is at the discretion of the Committee.
- All supporting documents must be uploaded along with your ethics application form in ERM
- All documents must be collated with version numbers, version dates and page numbers
