We are committed to providing supportive and flexible work options and have a range of policies to assist in balancing an individual’s personal needs with the professional demands of the workplace.   • Flexible working arrangements such as part-time work, job sharing or telecommuting can be negotiated.
  • Flexible working hours including flexi-time, accrued and rostered days off.
  • Maternity leave up to 14 weeks paid maternity leave granted to eligible employees.

Competitive remuneration is offered including:

  • annual salary increases
  • remuneration comparable with the private sector including base salary, employer’s superannuation contribution (based on employee contributing 5 per cent of their salary) and leave loading (additional 17.5 per cent paid on four weeks recreation leave)
  • salary packaging
  • income protection insurance
  • superannuation including employer contribution up to 12.75 per cent (compares favourably to the standard 9.75% employer contributions paid by most private employers).  Salary packaging is also available for employee superannuation contributions.
Relocation assistance for interstate and overseas candidates can be offered dependent on the role and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager. If assistance is to be requested this should be done at the interview stage with the Hiring Manager.
