Remuneration and superannuation

We offer attractive salary packages and incentives including:

  • annual pay rises
  • up to 12.75% superannuation
  • income protection insurance
  • 17.5% annual leave loading.

Learn more about leave entitlements and awards on the Queensland Health website.

Salary packaging

Salary packaging or salary sacrificing is when you package part of your pre-tax salary into income and benefits. You then pay for the benefits such as your mortgage or car payments out of your pre-tax income. This reduces how much income tax you pay.

We offer salary packaging to most staff. Find out more about salary packaging on the Queensland Health website.
