How to ECHO and expand your knowledge

We ask that ECHO network participants commit to joining sessions regularly. ECHO sessions occur weekly, fortnightly or monthly and are scheduled at the same time each day.

In addition to your time, every ECHO participant commits to sharing their experience with the group.

ECHO CHQ uses Zoom software for all ECHO sessions. This allows everyone to interact live, in real time. Zoom is easy to use and is a stable platform for users participating in low bandwidth areas.

You can test your Zoom connection on your own.

ECHO on a desktop or laptop:

If this is your first time using Zoom, you’ll need to download and install the browser extension. Once you’ve done so, exit your browser and test your connection again.

ECHO on a tablet or smartphone:

Download the Zoom app, then enter “” into your tablet/smartphone browser. Your device will prompt you to choose the Zoom app.
